Long term relationships
Radius is committed to the highest level of on going support for all clients. We also provide full on-site support, out-of-hours cover where necessary that offer in-depth familiarity with both the technical environment and specific client requirements. Radius also provides practical training and consultancy services to meet specific client needs. We find training works best in your environment but are happy to facilitate training externally. Training with Radius focuses on familiarising clients with the products before defining specific courses tailored to their individual needs. User friendly and relevant documentation is provided for all courses.
Cross client forums
The middle and back office are seldom areas of market competitiveness and therefore we operate a number of cross industry forums, to share knowledge and experience.
